This event consists of two distinct programme tracks: the morning focuses on quantum communications use cases and adoption conditions, and the afternoon on space and European strategic autonomy.

Participants may choose to attend:

The morning programme only
The afternoon programme only
Both programmes

During the registration process, you will be asked to indicate which part(s) of the event you would like to attend. As capacity is limited, we may not be able to accommodate all registrations. You will receive a follow-up email confirming whether a place is available for you. Access to the event will be reserved for confirmed participants.

Morning Programme 09:30 | Inaugurating space-enabled quantum networks in the Netherlands

The morning sessions will explore the future of quantum-secure communications and the development of Europe's quantum communication infrastructure. Discussions will focus on the opportunities and challenges of quantum networking, the role of end-users, emerging use cases, and the path towards large-scale deployment of secure quantum networks across Europe.

Afternoon Programme 13:30 | Building European Space Autonomy

The afternoon sessions will focus on Europe's ambitions in space, the importance of strategic autonomy, and the role of dual-use innovation in strengthening security, resilience and competitiveness. A highlight of the programme will be the official groundbreaking ceremony for the Eagle-1 optical ground station in Noordwijk, a key milestone in Europe's future quantum-secure communication infrastructure.

Whether your interest lies in quantum applications, space innovation, or both, this event offers a unique opportunity to connect with policymakers, industry leaders, researchers and end-users shaping Europe's technological future.
